Happy Thursday, have to say, I am pleased to have a short week planned. Not sure what I am doing over the weekend, but like that it is a long one.
Sandi - Sound like you have a fun afternoon planned, I have heard good things about the Addams Family, will you do the fair as well or just go to the musical. Right now, I am hooked on Euchre. I use to love to play it in college and Mike doesn't like card games so I had given it up. I tried playing Pinochle, but truthfully couldn't remember all the rules - oops. Does Richard know what degree he wants to go back to school to for? There are some great technical or community colleges that help them get their fundamentals in without charging an arm and a leg - as long as they have transfer agreements with the 4 year school you want to go to. As for the kids being jealous - not too much, but if one is doing something the other always wants 'something" to do.
Margie - Good luck on the garage sale next week, I will hope for good weather for you. As for Maggie's reading, it is a bit ironic as she actually likes to read. However, she does like reading books that are easier than she should for her age group, I have always been okay as long as she is reading. I guess I will see what happens tonight. With regards to the Stephanie Laurens, I had been very hesitant, but read an excerpt and thought it sounded good, read it and enjoyed the story a bit of easy ending, but still a good book, let me know your thoughts when you read it.
Not much here, didn't do any reading as I didn't get home last night until 9. Tonight is parent/teacher. Am thinking maybe the zoo tomorrow (only nice day of the weekend) and then bowling or a movie on Saturday.
