Wednesday evening

Hi everyone!

It has been pretty quiet in here. I hope everyone is ok and just busy. I am doing better this week. This second round of antibiotics has really knocked me out. I take the last two doses tomorrow. My mouth is feeling ok. I got a good post-op report. I have to wait now until my gum is completely healed and he can do a mold for my bridge. So I have to be extra careful and not eat much on that side of my mouth. Due to the flu and the teeth I have been doing a lot of reading ( and not much else) the past couple of weeks. I finished Dream Eyes and really enjoyed it. I read Street of the Five Moons by Elizabeth Peters and it was a good read. Then I read Take No Prisoners by Cindy Gerard and loved it. I can't believe it took me so long to discover her books! I am now reading a new to me author Sheila Connally. The book is called Buried in a Bog and is the start of a new series. It is pretty good--a cozy mystery.

Margie--glad to hear you liked the 50 Shades books. I still have to read the last one but I liked the other two. I really liked Dream Eyes. Her books are light reads but enjoyable.

Sandi--I hope your mouth is better by now. I am getting a bridge. I really didn't need painkillers after two doses of Advil which was a good thing.

We are getting some ugly weather right now. It has rained and snowed today and is very windy. No accumulation yet but we might get some overnight.
