I'm back.  Sorry about the delay, I swear life is crazy lately.  Work is wildly busy as I lost an employee and they are not refilling until Summer, until then I am just picking up more work.  Then the normal January rush and getting back into school.  Oh my, glad this is a long weekend.

Sandi - So did you finally bring your Ipod dock to work?  We got Maggie one for  her touch, but after trying three different ones, we figured out that none of them work for her touch.  Went to Best Buy and the only that worked for it was a very expensive one.  Luckily, she was fine with just getting a portable speaker instead.

DonnaM- I hope things are going well at the cat sitting job.  I know that Nora Roberts is working on a new trilogy - Ireland and witches - were the only hint she gave out.  It isn't coming out until November though.  She does have a new hardcover coming out as well, Whiskey Beach, it is out in April.

Amanda - Happy Belated Birthday.  I hope you have a great time in NYC this weekend.  Nice picture, I liked how it showed so much of your room.

Trudy - I am sorry to hear about your friend, Sharon.  She will be in my prayers.

Mary - I tried Anne Perry, the Cather Street Hangman, it definately didn't pull me in, but I had thought I would try again.  I am sorry to hear about your teeth.  I had to have a crown last year.  It was painful as they thought my insurance would cover half, but my insurance said they don't cover crowns.  Definately an unexpected expense.

DonnaH - $256 isn't too bad.  I hope Bren decides to join us.  I do miss some of the people from eHarlequin.

I have done a bit of reading this year - read the new Linda Howard/Linda Jones book - Running Wild.  I liked it, but it was a bit slow.  I also read another Elizabeth Peters book - A Serpent in the Crown.  There are only 2 more books in this series and I think it is finished as I don't believe she is writing any more.  I also read Aileen Baron's A Fly has a hundred eyes - but I didn't really enjoy that one.  I am not sure what I will read next, but since I have to work tonight and tomorrow, I am not sure how much reading time I will have.  I do have a long weekend, with no plans currently, so hopefully I can enjoy a bit.  We did watch a lot of football this weekend.  Every team I cheered for lost, so I don't really care too much this weekend.  I hope everyone has a good afternoon.
