Amanda - Chicago is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours away depending on traffic. I don't go often, but my gf from college was going to be in town and several others live in the area, so I met them for dinner. I hope your ankle is feeling better, I use to have issues with mine, but haven't had them in a while - knock on wood
DonnaH - I think any Dad book is fine, if he ends up becoming a dad, sure. Go with what you want.
I am reading a Merline Lovelace Desire - limited time and the plot not grabbing me has had me reading it for a while. I did finish The Prophet over the weekend. It was good. I hope she writes more for the series. Oops, got to go, phone's ringing and someone is walking in the office
