Hi Ladies
Trudy, My goodness....Things are just not going your way right now. I'm sorry for all the stress you are under. I hope that fix a leak works. They did something similar to the air conditioner in my old Honda I used to have and it worked for a couple of years but after that it was done. I didn't replace it because the car was ready to die. I hope your attorney can figure out what is happening for you. Those old Nora's are always fun to revisit.
DonnaH, Congratulations on your grandchildrens accomplishments.
Cady, I totally sympathize with Luke. I remember being so scared about changing classes and that was in 7th grade! How did it go? Gavin has some delays as I have said before he needs speech so I'm really concerned about pools. My sister talked to a friend who has her grandson in private lessons so she is going to look into that.
Mary, I hope you are feeling better. I understand gout is very painful. Like Cady, I have stopped in at eHarlequin site but haven't really participated in community. I might try again as it also makes me sad since I've been there for about 10 years or so.
Sandi, My library didn't have book 1 in the SWalker series so I just got book 2 and 3 anyway as they sounded good. I can imagine how it must have been to jump from book 1 to 3. I didn't realize how connected these stories were going to be but if anyone reads them they really need to read in order. I'm enjoying the suspense.
I'm nearly done with book 2 of SW trilogy so will likely start book 3 tonight. It's moms b-day but my sister works late so we'll do something another day. I'll probably just pick something up to eat. I also have to finish baking come cookies. I made some Fathers day but have left over frosting and the dough in the freezer.
I finally got notice that my father book is in but I want to read The Witness first before picking it up so I have more time. It is Lover Reborn by JR Ward. Not your typical father as he is a vampire and foster dad to John Matthew who is an adult. It is part of the Black Dagger Brotherhood books which have many things going on and lots of characters. Their relationship has been going for sometime and now "father" has his own book.
Take care and have a good day!
Margie
