Hi Everyone,
I got my errands run, ate lunch, read a bit & now I think I am ready to post. The way Google works is taking some getting use to for me. I'd like to mark this as a favorite but have no idea how to do that! It takes me several steps to get to our blog. There must be a simpler way I just don't know what it is. If any of you can help this technically challenged person please jump in with instructions. I've used Yahoo for many years as that is how I first learned & I have just stayed with it!! Another thing that I don't get is why a picture I have here on my profile at Google doesn't appear when I post. Guess that is not really important but I am curious. Sandi, how do you get the books covers to post? So many questions.
In my spending spree yesterday I bought 3 new books so I am set for reading material for a few more days. Plus I have the library book I just picked up. Yes, there are still many on my TBR shelf but I felt like it was getting low. Some of those books will never get read which means it is time to weed out once again.
Last night I finished reading Born Ready by Lori Wilde, it is a Blaze that is part of the Uniformly Hot series. The H in this one was a Marine that I liked, the kind of man you would want your daughter to marry. :-) Now I am reading Call Me Irresistible by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. I enjoy her books as she usually writes with some good humor. I'm just getting started with this one but I'm sure it will be a good read.
We are having some typical unstable spring weather, sunny, then a downpour, breezy, clouds and it is all constantly changing.
Sandi, I was surprised to hear your grandson will be living with you. I hope you enjoy his stay. I'm a bit behind on all that type of news from you. I did know that Richard & Misty had separated.
I look forward to hearing all the news from each of you. Glad to see all the familiar faces. Please invite Margie. I don't know if I have her correct email or I would pass it along.
