Mary -Thanks for another recommendation. You are better than most librarians. I read the first book of the Amelia Peabody books and it was fun, pretty fluffy. I am interested to read the next, but it definately doesn't have the intensity of Bowen's Molly books or the Maisie Dobbs books.

Donna - I get paid once a month too. Luckily, Mike gets paid bi-monthly, so if I am ever tight, I just get some funds from my "bank" :) However, I know one of my single friends would often have some really tough spots near the 30th.

Sandi - I hope you feel better. I, too, would be interested in what Robyn Carr said at book club.

I was at meetings and a conference all day - came home with a killer headache, luckily 3 advils and a hot shower later, and I am feeling better. Luke is wanting a shower, so I have to go and help. Hope everyone has a good Thursday.
