I'm glad you like the header.  I'm still messing around with things.  Some things I can change and decide I don't like and delete, but this is stuck there at least for the time being.  I would like to get it somewhat stretched out, or something....maybe a second one on the other side.  I'm still messing with it.

I went home sick today because I now have a cough, and when I get to coughing I sound like a smoker whose been chain smoking for a long long time!  I wanted to go to the doctor and make sure it was just a cough, and not the start of something worse.  She gave me an inhaler and changed my cough med, but I won't fill the cough med because it's a liquid, and I have such trouble getting liquids down.  I'm already coughing less with the inhaler, so I'm good taking my other cough meds, and the inhaler.

While at The Alamo we saw a bunch of really old live oak trees.  I thought I would share two of the pictures that I took.  I used my phone, and I don't have Donna's ability.  I think my brother stole all the artistic talent for our family!






The next two photos I'm going to share are total opposites!  One is the inside of the bowling center, and one is while we on a riverboat cruise.  We rode the boats on The Riverwalk.  We had never done that before so we were looking for a time killer, and decided that the $8.50 price wasn't too bad, and we'd give it a whirl.  They need to use it like a taxi service because I didn't realize quite how big The Riverwalk area truly is!  I think they could make a fortune selling day passes to go from the mall, to the restaurants and back again!
