Only have a minute. . .

I have to be somewhere else in half an hour, so this will be short and sweet (I hope).  {:-)

My birthday is Jan 25, so I'm done for this year.

The wiener roast last night was great.  I had my salads done about 2 hrs early, so could actually relax for a change.  I started my 30-cup coffeemaker, and it was empty before the evening ended.  {:-o  The weather could not have been better.  There was no wind, no mosquitoes, no rain. . .  We sat around the fire and talked until 11:30 p.m.  Usually everyone leaves around 10.  The only ones to leave early were the ones I hadn't wanted to invite in the first place, so it worked out well.  We ate 50 wieners and 10 hamburgers. 

My daughter, Joy-Anne (Jo for short), doesn't see the dr again till Tues.  So she'll find out then what he thinks about the results of all the tests she had done.  But because the massaging and the ointment is helping, she's quite hopeful. 

Sandi, I sure wish I had storage like that in my kitchen!!!  {:-)

Oh, I almost forgot -- I didn't have to clean the whole house spotless, but just had to tidy up the guestroom as I also had 3 grandkids for a sleep-over the night before, and one of the nieces had a baby, so she needed someplace to change him, plus the bathrooms needed cleaning in case anyone had to use one.  I just closed all the other doors and left those rooms "as is".  {:-)

Better go.  I'll tell you about my meeting when I get back.
