Sandi - What a drag about your floor and plumbing. I remember lots of issues when they did our floor as well.  Our bathroom did not have a stop valve, luckily, the flooring guy ran to the store and put one in for us.  That was our first discovery of the many things that were not done correctly.  I hope you are able to get someone in to fix your wall.  Another place to check out might be a local hardware store, they might know some guys that do small jobs.  As for Luke at Maggie's party, Mike had planned to take him out to dinner and then out for mini-golf, but Luke was no-go.  Wanted to stay and see what the girls were doing.

DonnaM - Hopefully, things are working out for your SIL.  I am glad you invited Sadhbh, of course, I remember her from eharlequin.  I hope she pops by.  I agree with you about Customer Service - I hate when there is no option to talk to a person.

Mary - I hope you enjoy the Harris series, I am about to pick up book 4 in the series today.  There are lots of secrets.  The first three books were very dark, but I hear book 4 lightens the tone.

Amanda - That was really scary at Pocono.  I have not heard, where any of the individuals seriously hurt?

DonnaH - I swear those Intrigue series drive me crazy.  I rarely look at any of them anymore as they seem to run forever.  Even the ones I started, I moved away from.

Things here have been good. Mags' party on Friday was lots of fun.  A bit of drama, but my daughter says girls like drama - :)  Mirror Mirror was great.  The girls definately needed something to calm them down, so I put on the movie between 9:30 and 10, so they all crashed a bit watching it and then the rest went out by about 1/1:30.  Saturday, we did nothing, then headed over to an indoor playground on Sunday and then State Fair yesterday.  All was lots of fun.  I don't have my State Fair pics yet, but here are the ones of my kids at the dinosaur exhibit at the zoo from about 2 weeks ago.

Since the kids were pretty easy, I did get some reading done.  Read

Backfire (An FBI Thriller)and started another Elizabeth Peters

The Falcon at the Portal: An Amelia Peabody Novel of Suspense (Amelia Peabody Mysteries)

It was nice to read.  As some of you know I live in Milwaukee and we had the mass shooting at the Sikh Temple this weekend, so it was nice to shut away today's world and go somewhere else.  It is really sad that some people don't understand that we are all the same.  Unfortunately, since it was on TV so much, I had to talk with my kids about it.  But hopefully, it was a learning experience for them.

Hope everyone has a good Tuesday.

Cady
