All the photographers I have discovered here at Google+ have inspired me to do a little more experimenting with my camera. There are still a lot of features I've never used. Last night I was hoping to get some sunset pictures but instead took cloud pictures as I had to face east just outside my apartment building & a sunset didn't materialize. I have always liked clouds so I just kept taking pictures as the light changed!! Thanks for letting me share with all of you. It is nice to have an audience & I always appreciate any comments but don't feel obligated. Has anyone else joined Google+? It is similar to Facebook or other social websites but I think much better, much easier to use also. Google is so much faster than Yahoo! Who knew!!!
Today was "payday" for me so off I went to buy all those necessities, not fun shopping! However I did get a couple of books at COSTCO, beside what I went for. I also found a shirt by Life is Good at Marshalls for a good price. Their shirts are expensive but a good quality fabric so if I can find one at a discount store I'll grab it. I need some new everyday shirts as they get worn a lot since I'm not working. Gas was still under $4 a gallon at COSTCO but barely! Here in Healdsburg one of the stations is charging $4.19!!
Thank heavens it is somewhat cooler today. Not cool but cooler, feels much better. It even rained a little this morning before I looked outside. It sure made a mess of my car so I got it washed today. It is an ongoing battle as it sits outside.
Mary, how nice if you & Don can get away for a trip. Where do you go if you go to the shore? Going to the coast (west coast lingo!) is one of my favorite things. Have fun at Karen's. Oh my gosh, Lauren in kindergarten. Time flies. I bet she is excited about school. They usually are at that age. My girls both went off with hardly a backward look at me! This Mom was a little teary for a few minutes.
Margie for whatever reason I'm drawing a blank on most of what you said. I kind of like Carson as he is so funny & out there! He makes me laugh. I'm hoping that Sabrina Bryan is the one that will be the other star. She was very good. I have wondered if they ended up with Pamela Anderson & Bristol Palin because some of the others had obligations & could not commit to the DWTS season. Some of the other stars are so good I can't imagine that those two will last long.
I think this is all my "chat" for now. Friday I start a short pet sitting just for the weekend. They leave Friday & are back home Sunday. The extra money will be good!! This is another of my cloud pictures from last night.
