Hello Everyone,
Since it is raining here now I thought a cloudy day picture was in order! This is way up a back road above Lake Sonoma overlooking some vineyards. I need to put some new pictures on the "web albums" because I think I have pretty much exhausted what is there.
Donna H, I'm proud of you! Love seeing your pictures. How lovely seeing how green it is there in July. It doesn't stay green in our area that late in the summer. Some years by now the hills are loosing their green. Right now it is just beautiful here all over the area everything is blooming, roses are just beautiful as are many other flowers. The reason it doesn't stay green is the natural grasses & plants in this part of northern California turn brown as the weather gets hotter & we stop getting rain. The rain today is probably some of the last rain we will get this year. Here in the states the weather year is July 1 - June 30. At the most we might get a quarter of an inch today.
That cake looks gorgeous. You are a woman of many talents. I love the brides white & red dress. Very pretty. You look great. Good group you have in the picture. A family wedding day is so special. One of the nicest things from my daughters wedding was when pictures were being taken in front of the church which was covered in Virginia creeper & was so pretty, was a small child was across the street said "look, a princess" when he saw my daughter. It was just one of the many moments to treasure.
I need to go get started on being productive. Yesterday was mostly a loss in that department! Today I need to get laundry done along with a few other things.
