Oh Trudy, that's awful! Did you offer to whack him upside the head? I laid one on my youngest son not that long ago -- and he's 36. I wish I could think of some way to help you, but being in another country kind of puts the kibosh on that. Do you guys do garage sales? Or yard sales, or whatever they're called in your part of the country? Or did you try that already?
Does anyone know why we have that silly "content warning" thing we have to click every time we come here? Is there any way we can get rid of it?
