Hi guys!
Donna M is right that the chicken garden pasta is a recipe you can adjust for your needs. It is really simple to make. I slice the chicken like you would for stir fry. Saute it with one pepper sliced, sliced onion and the mushrooms until the chicken is browned. Then add the tomato sauce (8oz. can) and the diced tomatoes (I use the Italian style, 14 oz. can.) Heat through. When the pasta is cooked add it to the mix and top with shredded mozzarella and heat until melted. You could substitute broccoli or asparagus for the peppers (I know you can't eat them Donna H!) and the mushrooms are optional Amanda. :-) You can also adjust the amounts used.
Donna M--I love the pictures of that motel. It is in a beautiful spot. I have read several of Shiloh Walker's books and they are edgy. I also like Roxanne St. Clare's books. I read her Guardian Angelinos trilogy.
Amanda--I like the frog picture with your girls. Did you get rain today? Interesting game the Phils had on Sunday night. At least they won!
Donna H--mentioning your pies made me hungry for one!
Sandi--I have not read any of Bostwick's books. We have some of her recent ones at the library.
Rainy day today. I did some laundry and worked on a sewing project for Don. I did get quit a bit of The Witness read too. It is hard to put down. I will be watching DWTS tonight and doing more reading.
Mary
