Sunday evening

Hi Ladies!

Sandi -- I added a Lego pic on my last post (its penguins) and now this one of a frog (don't remember which kind).   There were 10 of these in all throughout the zoo.  They were all really cool looking and we went a few times that year - each time with a different extra child - lol!  The rocking chair is excellent!  Being uncreative, I can totally appreciate his making it.  Pretty cool that he won with it too:)

Mary --  The chicken dinner sounds excellent - minus the mushrooms "shudders".  Funny that you had family up in Peddlers this weekend.  Hope they had a good time.  The food was definitely yummy!

DonnaM -- Peddlers Village (in Lashaka, Pa), is a shopping area - some of which are outlets (my old employer Jones Apparel has a few stores up there).  They have a restaurant there called the Cock and Bull where I went to dinner and a mystery a couple months ago.  Its a nice ride up to that area (about 50 minutes from me).  The non-outlet stores are a bit pricey, so I don't do a ton of shopping there, usually go when they are having something specific. 

Trudy --  Sorry your son was so obnoxious with your a/c issue.  Maybe you should remind him of all the sacrifices you made for him in his life.  What has anything you did 4 years ago have to do with today?  I agree with Donna, he needs a whack on the head!  Will be praying something good comes your way:)

Today we had the girls end-of -year bowling party.  It went well.  You just never know how it will go with the parents.  Have to keep them from eating the food before the kids all get some.  Always a project, that's for sure.  Should have done something useful after coming home, but was lazy and the only thing I did was a quck run to the food store.  Tomorrow I have the eye dr, so will be leaving work early.  More money to spend - ugh.  Hoping this will be the last time for awhile.  We shall see.

Did read some of the Cindy Dees book I started last night.  Still really liking it.  Not sure I'll get any read tonight, but hopefully will tomorrow.
