Margie, I have to go to BN to read on my nook to take advantage of the offer they have for reading a book for free. It only works in the store. You can read almost any book for a hour at a time for free if you're in the store. I have read several books that way. It's especially great because I don't have to wait for a book from the library, buy an expensive book, be upset about a book I bought and didn't enjoy, and be able to try a book by a new author, or by one who I haven't read in a long time! I've tried several new authors this way...some I've enjoyed some I haven't. I've also read some I haven't read in a while like Grisham, Mary Higgins Clark, and Joy Fielding. Those three were all hardbacks and I didn't have to get from the library or buy! I've tried Nalini Singh this way, and found I didn't enjoy her.
Hope you find someone to put up the swings before Gavin outgrows them!
Brian used to have a blanket that he took everywhere. He threw it away when Yvonne came for her first visit and he was I think 13. I was devastated when he did it. We had 2 of the same blanket so we could wash one and have one. I had an elephant that I finally decided had to go when I was about 32 because I just simply had no place to put it. It was rather large and abused! I used to ride it, and would drag it around by its ears. My mom had to sew those ears on many many times over the years. I named her Betsy.
Here's a link to what happened at work yesterday.

Time to get ready to start the day!
