Wow, it has been busy in here.  Luke and I had a nice time Friday night, but Mike ended up getting out of work early and meeting us at dinner.  But since he had worked such a long day, went to sleep early, so just Luke and I watched Star Wars.  The past week has been busy workwise and I have to say I will be glad when baseball is done next week.  We have tournament this week, Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday, plus a bday party for a friend's child.  So it will be a busy weekend.  Read Sandra Byrd's Secret Keeper, it is a book about Tudor England, it was okay.  She is a christian writer, which is fine, but you can see she is anti-catholic, which is bothersome as I am catholic, so that ruins my enjoyment of her work.  Up now, I have a Mitch Albom book - Have a Little Faith and a new author CS Harris - What Angels Fear (it is another historical mystery)

Margie - I am so glad you were able to get things resolved for your cousin.  I am sure you will have a great time at Disneyland.  I would love to go, but don't see that in our picture anytime soon.  What a great idea showing Gavin the video, I am sure that will help get him excited for the trip.

DonnaM - I hope you had a good day with your grandkids from Oregon, did you go anywhere fun or just meet for lunch?

Sandi - How is the design going for the kitchen?  Hopefully, you are having fun with it.  I am looking forward to the new In Death, what did you think?

Mary - Pizza and Pudding, yummy.  My kids aren't big pudding eaters, but I love it.  Maybe I will make some this weekend.  Yum

DonnaH - Wow, you are picking strawberries now, are they late-bloomers or is your season just starting?  Or season is mid to late June, so I doubt there would be much now.  Do you make jam or just enjoy them?

Amanda - bummer, that you don't get to go to Florida.  It would be nice to see your work in action - so to speak.  Which events are you looking forward to watching of the Olympics?  My daughter is looking forward to Opening Ceremonies.

Trudy - Is George, the older bald gentleman of CT?  I liked his voice.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Cady
