Hi Everyone,

The 4th being in the middle of the week has had me confused at to what day it is.  I thought it was Monday this morning at work.  Now its Friday tomorrow.  Kind of wish we always had Wednesday off if it makes the week go by so fast.

Sandi,  I really enjoyed the Christie Craig books I read last month.  They were very cute and humorous.  I will definitely be reading more books by her.  Why do you have to go to the B&N to read your Nook?  Are you not able to read it at home or do you just like to get away to the book store?

Mary,  We've thought about hiring someone to do the swings but haven't looked into it.  I think that is what it is going to come down to.  Poor kid has the swings right there and can't play with them.
Olive Garden...yum.  I love going there.  Sorry about your brother not having power.  I've been watching hot terribly hot it is and how so many have no power.  I hope things get better soon.

Amanda,  Have a great time!

DonnaM, Christie Craig does have books not just ebooks.  My library has several of her books.
The beach pictures are very pretty.

Cady, I'm glad Maggie was able to get her bear back safely.  Gavin is really attached to this baseball right now.  He has to take it with him everywhere.  He is always misplacing it here in the house and throwing a fit when he can't find it.  I told my sister she needs to have a few extra hidden away in case it goes missing for good.

I had a quiet 4th.  We were lazy and got a late start.  Had a nice breakfast and decided to go see a movie since Gavin was going to spend the day with his dad.  We saw the new Spiderman.  It was good and had all the action you expect.  This one goes back to Peter Parker being in high school.  I guess they want to attract the really young crowd.

I did finish my dad book, Lover Reborn.  There are a lot of stories going on in these books but this one finally had the dad and son getting past the death of the wife and moving on to a new love.

I am now reading and almost finished with the first book in a series my friend loaned me.  It is called The Truth About Lord Stoneville by Sabrina Jeffries.   She is a new to me author and I am really liking her style.  There are five books about siblings who try to figure out what really happened with the death of their parents.

I hope you all have a great Friday.
Margie :)
