Monday night
So, only took me forever to download and put photos in a "folder". I keep thinking I'll get better with this technology stuff - sigh. On the pic - isn't he a beauty! So cool to be able to feed them. And I never new their antlers were fuzzy.
Trudy -- I wish I could say I'd be visiting you, but that won't be the case. I'm doing all the phone work - i.e. the phone, electric, water, alarm, trash, exterminator, rent-a-dumpster, bottled water. I think that's it. Just more work added to my plate - yeah me! Glad you had a great meet and greet. Sounds like a lot of fun. Sorry the litigation deal isn't going smoothly. That totally sucks.
DonnaM -- Love your pics, as always. And totally jealous that I can't do things like that. Somehow, work always seems to interfere! So unfair:( Will just have to enjoy your pictures. I'm also jealous of your cool nights. What I would give for that right now. I hate having the air on 24/7. And its hot and humid again this week - lucky us:-(
Cady -- How was date night with Luke? I bet he loved having you to himself. What did you end up doing the rest of the weekend?
DonnaH -- Congrats on the weight loss. Wish I could say I'm losing some, but somehow my eating keeps getting in the way - lol! I need to get my brain and my stomach on the same page.
Margie -- Post some pics of Disneyland. I've never been there, only Disneyworld. David's been there, but he was a teenager and, of course, didn't take pics. Hope Gavin has a great time. Glad you had a good time at the beach.
Sandi -- Nice deal for a 30th anniv. gift. I like jewelry, but would probably opt for the remodeling too, esp if you can a decent deal. Sorry works a hassle. I sooo can relate to you.
Mary -- The heat is back - ugh! On the other hand, hoping the Phils can put some wins together. Winning at the moment, but I'll be going to bed, so will have to wait until morning to see the outcome.
My weekend was good. Went to a friend's family luau on Sat, which was nice, especially since it was overcast for the most part (no rain) and kept the temps down - always a plus! Did some cleaning on Sunday. Haven't read much, which is not good. I'm reading a Blaze - It Happened One Christmas by Leslie Kelly (my wishful thinking for some cooler temps - lol). Its really cute so far, but I need to finish it so I can read Wuthering Heights for book club. Wouldn't be so bad, but the Olympics will be starting, and I'll get no reading done then.
Ok, off to bed. Lets see if I can post another picture.
This was the creek behind the house. Nice and peaceful.
Happy Tuesday!
Amanda
