Well, it has been busy here. Lots of posts, so hopefully I will get everyone.
Mary - I think I have heard of Nevada Barr before, will have to look her up. I am glad that heat near you finally broke and your brother got his power back.
Sandi - Sorry work is such a pain, but good news on the kitchen, usually it seems like estimates come in too high. So that is happy.
DonnaH - why do you call your angel "Emil"? Was it after someone or just what they called him.
Margie - Sounds like a pretty table your godfather gave you, how nice that you are sharing it with Gavin.
Trudy - Glad to see that you are up and running, sorry to hear about your UTI. Have you tried cutting the cranberry juice? I like it but it is too concentrated for me, so I cut it with selzer or diet sprite to give it a little fizz. Have fun at your concert.
DonnaM - Great photos, I just watched a aerial tour of the Michigan coastline - only about 3 minutes, but it was really cool - I think the Smithsonian channel has a bunch on line.
Not much here, still baseball and work. Mags has a sleepover on Friday - she also has a baseball game, but I am going to let her skip the game. She doesn't get invited to that many bday parties, so she really wants to go. Read another of the Amelia Peabody books - The Ape that Guards the Balance and then read a Linda Castillo book - Breaking Silence, my first book by her and I really enjoyed it. I think it wsa the third in the series, but I felt fine starting there and since I think one of the books is about a serial killer, I am okay with skipping that. Not sure what I am going to read next - have a biography of Henry VIII or another Amelia at home as well as a couple of Harlequins. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.
Cady
